ARSENAL will be without some of their key players when they return to action this weekend as Kai Harvetz joins the list of injured players.
According to reports, the German picked up the injury during a training session in Dubai earlier this week, which now puts Arsenal in a difficult position.
Harvetz, who has recorded 15 goals for the Gunners this season, is believed to have picked up a hamstring injury as we await a precise diagnosis when the team returns to London.
Irrespective of the nature of the injury, the player is in doubt about making an appearance against Leicester City on Sunday as the Gunners attacking options are worrisome with Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Jesus, and Gabriel Martinelli all missing through injury.
Manager Mikel Arteta will be hoping any absence is for a short period as they need everybody on ground in their ambitions of overtaking Liverpool at the top of the table this season.
