THE Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde has marked the 2024 World Teachers Day with a heartwarming commitment to address teachers’ concerns in the community, ensuring a positive environment for educators.
Note that World Teachers Day is a special occasion dedicated to recognising and celebrating the invaluable contributions of teachers to society.
In his address to teachers on Saturday, October 5, 2024, Akinsanya expressed his deep appreciation for teachers' vital role in shaping future generations.
He stated, “Our dear teachers, today we celebrate your tireless efforts in building our nation. Without you, there would be no society. Thank you for all your sacrifices.”
Akinsanya went on to assure teachers in Igando-Ikotun that his Government is dedicated to uplifting the education sector and promptly addressing any challenges.
