THE Executive Chairman of the Alimosho Local Government Area, Hon. Jelili Sulaimon has bid a former Supervisor for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA), Hon. (Mrs) Mariam Mojirade Folorunsho (Iya Tipper) farewell after her passing onto glory following an illness.
She was buried according to Islamic rites at her residence, leaving behind a legacy of absolute love for the development of the party and the people, especially the women.
In a condolence message by the council Chairman, he said Iya Tipper is an important figure in the political sphere in Alimosho and she will be greatly missed.
He then encouraged party members to learn from the life of Mama and pick one useful lesson or the other that would better their lives.
She was survived by children and grandchildren.
