THE Alimosho Local Government Area, under the leadership of Hon. Jelili Sulaimon, has held a budget retreat to deliberate on the modalities of the Year 2024 budget.
Information reaching Alimoshotoday states that the budget retreat, which started in the morning hours of Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the Osmak Event Centre, Ibadan, has continued after a short recess to the evening session.
During the retreat, each department was allowed to appraise the 2023 budget performance while complimenting its successes in a bid to improve the 2024 budget.
After each departmental appraisal, a proposal will be put in place for the Year 2024, subject to scrutinisation by the entire management.
The budget retreat is expected to continue until all departments are given the needed attention.
