Osimhen unhappy over draw against Dynamo

Osimhen, who scored Galatasaray's second goal of the game, was disappointed with the draw but believes the team can learn from its mistakes and bounce back in the next game.

GALATASARAY striker, Victor Osimhen ended up with a draw against Dynamo Kiev despite a 3-1 lead with 22 minutes to play.

The Turkish side thought they had all three points secured but Dynamo Kiev scored two goals within 22 minutes to end the game at 3-3 in their UEFA Europa League encounter on Tuesday night.

Osimhen, who scored Galatasaray's second goal of the game, was disappointed with the draw but believes the team can learn from its mistakes and bounce back in the next game.

“We are disappointed. We thought we deserved more. We need to take responsibility as a team. I think we all made mistakes. They also fought well and scored goals,” he told the club’s official website.

“There were two consecutive draws. Now we need to work and learn from our mistakes. We need to focus on the upcoming matches,” he added.

Galatasaray is now fifth in the Europa League table, having played one more game than the others. They will play their last league stage game against Ajax next Thursday.
