MANCHESTER United manager, Ruben Amorim has sent a note of warning to Rashford as the player was not named in the team that won 1-0 against Fulham on Sunday.
Amorim’s side grabbed the winner through Lisandro Martinez’s deflected strike with what happened to be their only shot on target as Marcus Rashford was missing from the team list.
Rashford has not featured in a Premier League matchday squad for nearly two months as Amorim insists the player is not giving his maximum every day.
“It’s always the same reason: the training, the way I see a footballer should do in life. It’s every day, every detail,” Amorim said after the game at Fulham.
“If things don’t change, I will not change. It’s the same situation for every player, if you do the maximum and right things we can use every player.
“You can see on the bench we miss a bit of pace on the bench. But I would put [Man Utd goalkeeper coach Jorge] Vital before a player who doesn’t give the maximum every day,” he added.
Report suggests that the 27-year-old could leave the club before the end of the window this January with Barcelona and PSG showing interest in the forward.
