Akinsanya commences rehabilitation of Igando Police Station

THE Igando Ikotun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), led by Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has begun the re- construction of the Igando Police Station which was set on fire by hoodlums during the End SARS Protests.

THE Igando Ikotun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), led by Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has begun the re- construction of the Igando Police Station which was set on fire by hoodlums during the End SARS Protests.

The Akinsanya administration led project has been lauded by the Igando communities, with all the community people spoken to by AlimoshoToday.com admitting that when the construction of the Police Post is completed, it will again continue to enhance the security of lives and property in the area as it used to.

The LCDA Chairman, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde said while on the site, “In a bid to improve on security, as part of our efforts to adequately secure our communities, we have to address this as a matter of urgency to avoid security challenges in our community.

“Security of lives and property is a focal point of the administration and we will continue to do our best to ensure that crime rate is reduced to the nearest minimum”, the Council boss said.
