THE Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde has commissioned a water aid project at the Egan Health Centre.
The laudable project, which was commissioned on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, was in partnership with the PepsiCo Foundation. It features solar-powered clean water, decent toilets, and rehabilitation of the health centre.
“We believe that one of the things that can accelerate developments in Igando-Ikotun is standard health, which is the fulcrum of all other things,” Akinsanya maintained.
The aim of rehabilitating the PHC is to improve universal health coverage by delivering quality health services to indigenes of the Egan community and Igando-Ikotun at large.
