THE UEFA Champions League has reached the knockout stages of the competition as 16 teams have qualified for the Round of 16, which will commence next year.
The two top teams from Group A down to Group H qualified for the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League, while teams who finish third in each group will play in the UEFA Europa League knockout stage.
Arsenal, Atlético de Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Copenhagen, Dortmund, Inter Milan, Lazio, Leipzig, Man City, Napoli, Paris Saint-Germain, Porto, PSV Eindhoven, Real Madrid, and Real Sociedad are the teams going to the Champions League RO16.
Teams who finished third, including Benfica, Braga, Feyenoord, Galatasaray, Lens, AC Milan, Shakhtar, and Young Boys, will be playing in the knockout stages of the Europa League next year.
Teams who finished fourth in their Champions League group stage, including Antwerp, Celtic, Crvena Zvezda, Manchester United, Newcastle, Salzburg, Sevilla, and Union Berlin, are out of any European competition for the rest of the season.
The 2023/24 UEFA Champions League round of 16 draw will be held at 12:00 CET on Monday, December 18, at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
