Bayern set to break Barcelona's Champions League record

THE German Champions League finalists are unbeaten in 29 matches in all competitions.

Winning the Champions League final will be a treble for Bayern Munich after they have won eight straight Bundesliga titles with a DFB-Pokal 

Bayern has had some impressive wins which include group stage wins of 3-0, 6-0 and 7-2 and also a knockout trashing to Chelsea 7-1 on aggregate and the devastating win against Barcelona 8-2 in the quarterfinal.

Bayern's number 9, Robert Lewandowski, has scored 15 goals in this competition, just two goals away from Cristiano Ronaldo's campaign record and as a team Bayern have scored 42 goals and just three goals away from Barcelona's Champions League record. Lewandoski has scored 55 goals in all competitions this season.

The German side will play PSG in the final on Sunday. This could prompt a difficult task in breaking the record.
