"As part of our commitment to building talents at Quanta Africa, we have set up a flagship program which is aimed at training, developing and producing 100 tech talents every quarter in Lagos State. "During this program, 100 young minds will be selected out of a pool of applicants and will be trained on specific skills needed to build different careers in the tech industry. This training will be at a beginners level after which the participants will have the opportunity of being deployed to intern or work with some tech organisations and hereby further develop the skills they’ve been trained on," he said.

Mr Osubu also mentioned that the first edition of the training, which is scheduled to run for a period of six weeks, will focus on areas such as; Software Development (Front-end Engineering); Software Development (Back-end Engineering); Product Management; and UI/UX Development.
