Two Arsenal stars set to join EPL rival

Goalkeeper Ramsdale, who became a second-choice keeper since the signing of David Raya will be joining the newly promoted side, Southampton, after both clubs agreed an initial £ 25 million transfer fee.

WITH the summer transfer window set to close this week, Arsenal duo, Aaron Ramsdale and Eddie Nketiah have completed moves away from the club.

Goalkeeper Ramsdale, who became a second-choice keeper since the signing of David Raya will be joining the newly promoted side, Southampton, after both clubs agreed an initial £ 25 million transfer fee.

“Medical tests today for Aaron Ramsdale as new Southampton player from Arsenal on £25m package,” football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, wrote on X on Thursday morning.

Eddie Nketiah, who started his football career at Chelsea in 2008 before moving to Arsenal in 2015 will also leave the club and will join Crystal Palace this season after agreement were reached between clubs.

“Crystal Palace and Arsenal are prepared to sign all documents today for Eddie Nketiah deal,” Fabrizio Romano, wrote on X

During their time at Arsenal, Ramsdale won the FA Community Shield while Nketiah won the FA Cup and picked up two FA Community Shields.
