Chelsea FC owner, Roman Abramovich, has given out a lifeline sum of £150 million to strengthen the team and for the signing of Hakim Zlyech and Timo Werner estimated to cost £80 million.
Chelsea is also interested in bringing Ben Chilwell, Kai Harvetz and Declan Rice to Stamford Bridge.
Express Sport reported that £50m figure has been agreed for Chilwell and a five-year contract of £150,000 a week has been tabled. If this goes according to plan. Chelsea would look into landing Harvetz.
Kai Harvetz's arrival could be worth up to £90m. Once he is captured, Chelsea will look to bringing in West Ham 22- year-old Declan Rice with WestHam £80m for Rice.
