As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience as well as familiarizing guests with restaurant house rules. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
-Manage reservations and ensure accurate seating arrangements.
-Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials or promotions.

-Develop strategies to expand the client base in the maritime and logistics sector.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

-Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
-Maintain and manage relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
-Negotiate contracts and service agreements with new and existing clients.
