JOB TITLE: Customer Service Officer
LOCATIONS: Fadeyi, Jibowu and Amuwo, Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
-Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and service issues.
-Address and resolve customer complaints regarding lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service issues.
-Stay informed about the company’s logistics services, policies, and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY 
DVR review, contributions upload review, RSA accounts reconciliation & review of error corrections 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
-Review of daily valuation report for Fund price availability. 
-Monthly preparation of PFA/PFC reconciliation statements. 
-Review and approval of participants' biometric update. 
-Monthly review and vouching of Administration fee - RF & RSA 
-Update of Equities workbook and Mark to Market TB and Bonds. 
-Verify all received purchases/items according to LPPFA acceptable policies & procedures. 
-Carry out investigation, review of processes and any other added functions. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-First degree in finance or accounting or related discipline. A Professional Certificate from ACA and ACCA will have an added advantage. 
-Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience. Audit or reconciliation experience will be an added advantage. 
-Knowledge of the pension industry, good communication, problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing skills.
