1.    JOB TITLE: Investment banking associate
CLIENT PROFILE:
Our client is a leading investment banking firm focused on providing financial advisory, capital raising and investment management services for private individuals, institutions, governments and government agencies.
LOCATION: VI, Lagos.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the end-to-end capital raising process (public offers, private placements, commercial papers etc) from the preparation of offer documents to the collation of returns/allotments.
- Undertake screening of potential investment opportunities and develop investment recommendation reports to support the decision-making process.
- Prepare complex quantitative analysis, create pricing models and evaluate strategies/alternatives in support of the issuance of long-term debt and/or equity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7 - 10 years of progressive work experience in the financial sector.
- A member of at least 2 professional bodies.
