THE Executive Chairman of the Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Chief (Mrs) Bola Shobowale, has expressed sadness over the sudden death of elder statesman, the Apex Leader of the Badagry Local Government Area and also a member of the Governance Advisory Council, GAC, in the State, Pa Sunny Ajose.
Bola Shobowale, in a condolence message issued by her Chief Press Secretary, Mr Rasaq Shola Jimoh, said Pa Ajose’s demise is a big loss to his Local Government, Badagry Division, Lagos State and the entire federation.
She said, “Needless for me to say I am saddened by the death of this great leader; a loyal party man and committed democrat, who had a deep understanding of State administration and the political landscape.
“Pa Ajose was an icon, a great politician and an invaluable asset to the All Progressives Council (APC). He started his political journey with the progressives and remained in the fold until his unfortunate exit.
“There is no doubt that he would be missed by the entire political class, particularly Badagry Division, Lagos APC family and the State as a whole.”
Shobowale also condoled with the immediate family of the departed, President Bola Tinubu, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lagos APC, and the entire people of Badagry Division over the death of the late Pa Sunny Ajose.
She prayed that God would grant “the soul of our beloved leader eternal rest and comfort the immediate and political family of the deceased.”
Pa Ajose was a former Head of Service in Lagos State, former Chief of Staff to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Apex Leader, Badagry Federal Constituency, and member of the Governance Advisory Council (GAC) in Lagos State.
