The Igando General Hospital has unveiled a new project, a state-of-the-art canteen within its complex along the Isheri-Olofin axis inwards Igando Road.
Oduwaye Oluwakemi, Public Relations Officer of the Igando General Hospital, revealed this in a statement yesterday.
She said: "The food edifice which today opened for business, is an upgrade of the existing canteen, with the aim of providing more quantitative services to our esteemed relatives, clients and staff among others."
Ms Oduwaye remarked that the upgrade comes in timely, in view of the large number of people visiting Igando General Hospital for assured quality healthcare.
In a chat with the Head of Canteen, Miss Folashade Mariam Ajibike, she revealed ll that the canteen is indeed a great place to be, adding that the significance of eating healthy food cannot be over-emphasised especially the intake of food in an appropriate environment.
Hence the essence of the newly-commissioned canteen in the Alimosho Local Government Hospital (ALGH) structured in an enclosed part of the facility, spacious, neat and comfortable.
The restaurant provides different delicacies ranging from fried rice, jollof rice, Ofada rice, white rice, yam pottage, beans and plantain, to all sorts of swallow meals, assorted meats, fishes and snacks.
Ajibike stressed that a visit to the canteen will surely earn a revisit, urging everyone's patronage while promising an awesome experience that is still quite affordable.
