THE Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, in collaboration with Seun and Friends NGO, has distributed free back-to-school packs to some public primary school pupils in the LCDA as a means of supporting the students in their pursuit of a sound education.
Information reaching Alimoshotoday affirms that the packs included school bags, writing materials, and mathematical sets.
The back-to-school project idea was conceived to provide essential learning materials, both for the practical application of knowledge skills in class and to convey their books as well as other items, thereby avoiding the mutilation and mishandling of learning items.
During the distribution of the items recently, Akinsanya, represented by his Deputy, Hon. Mojisola Badmus, affirmed that he is determined to implement other programmes and projects in the educational sector and other areas.
Present at the occasion are the Vice-Chairman, Hon. Mojisola Badmus, and Supervisor for Education, Hon. Norjim Obabiyi, among others.
