THE Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun Local Council Development Area LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, and his vibrant Vice-Chairman, Hon. Mojisola Badmus, have bagged the Yoruba Study Group prestigious awards.
While presenting the award to the recipients, the Yoruba Study Group affirmed that Akinsanya and Badmus were carefully selected after a thorough scrutiny of the activities of all Chairmen in the State.
Receiving the award, the LCDA Chairman appreciated the association for the recognition, saying it would spur him to do more.
Akinsanya promised to continue to initiate programmes that would enhance the living standard of his people and create a conducive environment for business.
He also promised to continue promoting Yoruba culture and tradition, noting that his administration will continue to do a good job for the benefit of the entire populace of Igando-Ikotun.
