NIGERIAN music artiste, David Adeleke, also known as Davido, has revealed that he recorded 62 songs before making his pick for his recently released album Timeless.
He disclosed this in an interview with CNN, where he also said the final selection of songs was the hardest process in the album's compilation.
He said, "I had to pick out of 62 songs for Timeless. We first narrowed it down to 20 songs than to 17 and 18 songs.
"It's the hardest process. Today, you say you want this one and in two weeks you're not feeling it anymore and you want a new one."
The artiste also announced that there will be a Timeless deluxe, which would feature new artistes and extra songs.
He performed some songs from his new album during an event on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.
