A dispatch rider has been knocked down by a hit-and-run driver, complicating Thursday's gridlock on Egbeda Road inwards Iyana Ipaja.
A Sports Utility Van (SUV) on the other lane inwards Idimu had developed problems from an over-heating engine, causing the initial gridlock.
