IN continuation of the dislodgement exercise by the recently re-inaugurated Monitoring, Enforcement and Compliance Team, an illegal sheep and goat slaughter slab/market at Sura was successfully dislodged yesterday morning.

The Lagos State Government disclosed that two stray cattle were confiscated during the exercise.
AlimoshoToday thereafter gathered that the confiscated meat from the dislodgement exercise was donated to the Bab-Es-Salam home, GRA Ikeja.

Recall that last Thursday, an illegal slaughter slab was dislodged at Oke Rube, Ikotun, Alimosho Local Government. It was reported that during the exerise, 10 butchers were arrested and 2 live cows were confiscated.
