Harry Kane's search for major trophy continues

DESPITE being regarded as one of the best talismans in the football world, Spurs forward, Harry Kane is yet to win himself a major trophy after failing to reach the next stage of the Champions League.

A 1-0 defeat on aggregate to AC Milan has confirmed that Harry Kane would have to hold on another year to try and get his hands on a trophy.

The question then is; Would the England international want to remain at Tottenham to try his luck again?

Former Arsenal player and Premier League legend, Thierry Henry has advised Harry Kane to ditch the club and go elsewhere should he want to have a trophy to his name by the time he retires from football.

“If I was him I would go. It’s up for him to choose where but I would go, he has to know where he wants to go,” Henry told CBS Sports.

"Listen, it’s a great achievement and I have massive respect for him – I think he’s outstanding. But if that’s the only thing you can bring to the table at the end of your career, that’s tough for me," he added.

The 29-year-old, who has over 200 Premier League goals, came close to joining Manchester City for £100million, but Spurs co-owner, Daniel Levy had no intention of letting him go.
