THE Executive Chairman of the Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, Hon. David Oladapo Famuyiwa has welcomed the residents of the council area into the Year 2025 while praying that the year will be great.
His goodwill message to the constituents today Wednesday, January 1, 2025, read: “With profound gratitude to God Almighty, I welcome you all to a brand New Year 2025. I join you all in giving thanks to God for His Guidance and Protection all through 2024.
“I appreciate, immensely, the unalloyed support and cooperation that our administration has enjoyed from the good people of Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, which have been a source of encouragement and strength to the Government.
“With dedication and gratitude to God, my administration has, despite fiscal and other challenges in 2024, completed and inaugurated numerous key projects across the community.
“Also, all the indices of development show that Nigeria is getting better; insecurity is fading away, public infrastructures are in top gear, more business investors are coming into the country, and many more opportunities for Youths abound.
“In light of this, I appeal to us to look into the year with optimism that the Renewed Hope Agenda will be more feasible for Nigerians to benefit from.
“I thank you all for the peace that we enjoy in the community because no meaningful development can take place in an atmosphere of acrimony. I hereby urge the good people of Agbado Oke-Odo to remain peaceful and live in harmony with each other.
“It is my desire and prayer that our hopes, dreams, and aspirations as individuals, families, and Nigerians will come to fruition in this New Year.
“Welcome to Year 2025!”
