ALIMOSHO FESTIVAL 2021: ''Asa Day'' promises a cultural bliss that had never been felt in Alimosho

ALIMOSHO Festival 2021 is something to experience. Even the 2020 episode still lingers in the minds of the attendees as Okun Alimosho, the organisers left no stone untouched to present a merry atmosphere for the communities to share in oneness. 2021 is just only going to be merrier. 

Over 15 different events are on the menu. The events will run from November till December, each of them appearing on its own D-Day, in its own class, and with its own distinct take-home message for the attending Alimosho public.

2020

Asa Day has been settled to come up first of all the events on the line-up. Asa Day will showcase a colourful cultural display of different dance troops of the different kingdoms in all the Alimosho 6 LCDAs; Egbeda-Akowonjo, Igando-Ikotun, Egbe-Idimu, Mosan-Okunola, Agbado-Oke-Odo, and Ayobo-Ipaja. The event will take place at Abesan Stadium on Saturday, December 12, 2021, at 10 am. The organiser is Sonupe Farm while the convener is Asiwaju Carlo Babatunde. Sonupe.

 

Before then, precisely November 9 to 11, 2021, a press conference will hold at Kelly Ann Event Centre in Egbeda. This will be the official opening ceremony of the grand events and showcasing different gifts and talents in Alimosho.
