Victor Boniface wants to remain with Bayer Leverkusen despite offers from Premier League clubs

SUPER Eagles of Nigeria and Bayer Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface has denied rumours of exiting the Bundesliga club when the summer transfer window opens.

Under the leadership of Xabi Alonso, the Nigeria red-hot striker has been an important part of the team that won the German Bundesliga title and remains unbeaten, making it to the Europa League semi-final and DFB pokal final.

His performance has attracted interest from several clubs, including Premier League giants, West Ham and Newcastle United, as well as Serie A's Napoli.

Declaring his loyalty to the club, Boniface said “My current focus is solely on Leverkusen, striving to aid the team in achieving further milestones. It will undoubtedly stand as one of my proudest moments ever.”

The 23-year-old player, who has recorded 11 goals in the Bundesliga, will aim to represent Bayer Leverkusen in the biggest stage of club football as they have automatically qualified for the UEFA Champions League next season.
