BRAZILIAN football icon, Delima Ronaldo has listed his three best footballers of all time, and surprisingly, the list does not include a big player name.
The former Real Madrid star did not include his name in the list of the three greatest footballers of all time and did not include his namesake, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Asked to name the three best players of all time, the former Inter Milan striker thought about it before mentioning his best, which includes World Cup winner, Pele.
“Pele, number one for sure,” Ronaldo said, per ESPN. “[Then] Messi and Maradona tied together."
Zico, Romario, Cristiano Ronaldo—there are a lot of players. Zidane, Figo, Rivaldo, Ronaldinho Gaucho—there's a lot of great players to list, but definitively, the first three players [Pele, Messi and Maradona] are top.”
Delima, who is also regarded as one of the best players in football history, didn’t mention his name in his list despite winning the Ballon d'or award and many other individual awards.
