JOB OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Promote and sell products/services based on customer needs

- Handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism and courtesy
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve processes
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and continue building relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Confidence and resilience to handle rejection and continue making calls
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information or changes in products/services
- Basic computer and typing skills, with knowledge of CRM software a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work 12 hours daily.
