1. JOB TITLE: Accountant
LOCATION: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
SECTOR: Oil and Gas.
REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 5 years post NYSC experience in accounting in FMCG, food, manufacturing, EPC, oil/gas, or energy.
-Must have a BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
-ICAN certification a plus.
JOB SUMMARY:
-Oversee and manage the company’s group accounting department
-Monitor and oversee all vendor payables and customer receivables
-Process all company’s transactions and post all financial transactions on accounting software
-Issue invoices, vouchers, receipts, etc.
-Compute and manage all monthly/yearly compliance requirements such as VAT, WHT, Pension, ITF, NSITF, PAYE, etc.
-Compute company payroll and ensure the company is compliant with all tax, state, and local legislation
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-Present periodic finance and accounting reports to management
-Responsible for the maintenance of proper books of accounts- Assets, Inventory, General Ledgers, Working Capital, etc.
-Monitor and track the company's loan book
-Create and manage Accounting Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Procedures
-Track and analyze speciality reports and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the company
-Manage customs and importation process with the assistance of the Accounts Officer
-Perform some supply chain and procurement duties.

2. JOB TITLE: Senior Accountant
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-Time Employment
LOCATION: Primarily Lagos (Ikeja)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure all financial records are timely recorded in SAP and appropriate source documents are sorted and kept.
-Manage the company’s Receivables and Payables, and process vendor payments after proper documentation is obtained
-Oversee employee payroll management.
-Ensure statutory filings and payments (VAT, PAYE, CIT etc.) are made within deadlines. • Undertake month-end closing activities such as bank reconciliations, accruals, depreciation charges, etc.
-Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and other periodic reports. • Prepare annual budgets with the Finance Manager or the Director of Finance and other Unit/ Departmental Heads.
-Perform any other duties as required by the finance manager or the Director of Finance.
QUALIFICATION:
-BSC in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA would be an added advantage)
-Full or part qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)
-Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in accounting and/or finance roles.
-Proven track record of strong compliance with statutory regulations.
-Proficient use of SAP ERP and MS Excel.
