1.    JOB TITLE: SAGE ERP (300) Support Analyst
LOCATION: Lagos
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
-Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for Sage ERP customization.
-Led the implementation of Sage ERP systems, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
-Configure and customize Sage ERP modules based on client requirements guide best practices and optimize workflows within the ERP system for clients.
-Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients can effectively utilize Sage ERP functionalities.
-Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
-Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides.
-Document client requirements and assist in the development of project plans.
-Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, project managers, and sales, to deliver integrated solutions.
-Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
-Stay current with Sage ERP updates, releases, and new features.
-Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with clients.
-Perform thorough testing of Sage ERP configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy and functionality. Identify and resolve issues to guarantee a high level of system performance.
REQUIREMENTS
-Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
