We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our client's team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage reception and front desk operations
-Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to emails
-Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
-Maintain records, files, and databases
-Provide administrative support to the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
-1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
-Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Managing and operating the country’s social media page, planning content ideas and campaigns, staying updated on trends, and preparing Monthly/Quarterly calendars.
