JOB SUMMARY
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer Intern to join our Rolling Mill department. The successful candidate will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems used in the rolling mill process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist in Mechanical Design and Development: Assist mechanical engineers in designing and developing mechanical equipment and systems, including rolling mills, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
-Conduct Site Inspections and Troubleshooting: Conduct site inspections to identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems with rolling mill equipment and systems.
-Develop and Implement Maintenance Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment and systems, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair protocols.
-Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure efficient and effective operation of the rolling mill.
