JOB TITLE: Fleet Supervisor

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 
-Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet.
-Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
-Manage driver schedules and assignments.
-Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption.

OVERVIEW
The Client Relationship Manager will manage all of our staffing/sourcing client engagements within the HR Outsourcing verticals. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and generating new ones. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage our staffing/outsourcing client engagements.
-Build and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders including Talent Acquisition and Client Hiring Managers.
-Independently set, manage, and follow up weekly client stakeholder meetings
-Generate new leads/business/channels at an on-site client engagement level
-Hit weekly meeting targets and gather heads-up and exclusive positions from the hiring managers
-Maintain client data in CRM and work closely with the Recruitment and Employee Relations teams for optimum account performance
-Clarify job requirements with client managers, coordinate interviews, gain insight into the interview process, and provide feedback from the managers and client team
-Continually explore new opportunities with clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Years of Customer Service/Sales experience (the HR Outsourcing industry is a PLUS)
-Ability to engage and negotiate at all levels
-Client-driven, excellent relationship management skills
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or relevant experience, required
-Minimum two (4) years of professional experience required; HR Outsourcing experience preferred

-Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve bugs
-Ensure platform security and compliance with industry standards and best practices
-Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve our platform continually.
-Digitize all operational processes in line with the business requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
-You can replicate and enhance almost every application. 
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies
-Previous experience in developing and managing HRIS/ATS applications.
-Proficiency in Python for back-end development
-Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL for database management and data modelling
