RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage financial transactions for all business units (hotel, bar, food, and snooker).
-Input and manage data for all business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
-Maintain updated records of inventory, sales, and transactions.
-Monitor cash flow and provide cost-saving recommendations.

4.    JOB TITLE: Hotel Front Desk/Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Always greet and welcome guests politely.
-Handling check-ins and check-outs.
-Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
-Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
-Verifying guests’ payment methods during check-in and caution deposit and all refunds promptly.
-Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
-Providing guests with information about the hotel.
-Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
-Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
-Answer all phone calls directed to the front desk office politely.
-Respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries.

-Publish all digital content approved by management.
-Confirm that rooms are tidy and well-kept before assigning to guests.

-Monitor all guest reviews in all OTA (Expedia, booking.com, Google etc.), in-house review or feedback booklet response to these reviews on timely, also draw the management attention to all negative reviews for immediate action
