The celebration marks the end of the month-long Ramadan fasting and prayers.
Her message reads: “Every true Muslim feels joyful at participating in the Ramadan fast, which is a key obligation in Islam. May Almighty Allah, therefore, reward us for the spiritual voyage and grant our earnest wishes for ourselves, our families, and our dear Community.
“Let us remain strong in our hope that Igando Ikotun LCDA will become what we fervently want it to be: I appreciate you all for supporting me always toward the development. I wish all Muslim faithfuls a joyful and peaceful celebration responsibly shared with family, friends and the less privileged.
