THE members of the Ijegun Commitment Team, a socio-political group within the Mandate Movement of the All Progressives Congress (APC) party from the Igando-Ikotun LCDA have visited the office of Comrade Akinsanya Ayinde Lasisi, the Executive Chairman of the LCDA to officially pledge their solidarity and support for his administration’s second term aspiration. 
During the visit on Monday, June 10, 2024, the Spokesman of the Group, Comr. Omolabi Emmanuel assured the Executive Chairman and the Executive Vice-Chairman of the council area, Hon. Mojisola Badmus, of their commitment to deliver the Ijegun Ward to them whenever electioneering activities begins.
They promised to embark on massive mobilisation of non-party members into their fold. 
Thereafter, copies of the group's souvenir were delivered to the Executive Chairman and the Vice-Chairman.
On his part, Akinsanya warmly welcomed the team. He commended their vision and mission, encouraged them to keep up the good work, and assured them of the support of himself and his Vice.
