THE Executive Chairman of Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has ordered the demolition of illegal structures erected within the Secretariat.
The exercise had since begun and it is said to of the Council boss' effort to get rid of illegal and structures in the Secretariat.
Recall that the occupants of the illegal structures had already been served contravention and demolition notices since the 16th August 2021.
The August 16 Notice advised that all owners of illegal structures, shanties, and containerised shops should comply with the removal notice given to them within 30days. The Notice had since expired on the 14th of September 2021.
