IN a prestigious award ceremony held on October 24, 2024, at the National Merit Award Auditorium, Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, the Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Comrade Lasisi Ayinde Akinsanya, was honoured with the Medals of Excellence Award (MEXA) for Outstanding Local Government Chairmen in Nigeria.

The event, which was attended by dignitaries, community leaders, and residents, celebrated Akinsanya’s significant contributions to the growth and development of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA.
