THE Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comr. Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde has joined friends and political associates to felicitate with the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, as he celebrates his birthday anniversary.
