Regular prenatal visits with a healthcare provider are crucial for early detection and management of any potential issues, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both mother and baby.

BENEFITS OF PRENATAL CARE
Regular check-ups help track the baby’s growth, heartbeat, and overall well-being. Detecting and managing conditions such as gestational diabetes or preeclampsia early can prevent complications. Healthcare providers offer valuable advice on nutrition, exercise, and other aspects of pregnancy.

HEALTHY PREGNANCY TIPS
Focus on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and dairy products. Ensure adequate intake of folate to prevent neural tube defects and iron to support increased blood volume. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and support overall health.
