American hip-hop artists, Bow Wow and Ja Rule have heaped praises on Nigeria Afrobeat artists, Burna Boy and Tems.
The Nigerian artists were recipients of the BET Awards on Monday, June 26, 2023, as Ja Rule and Bow Wow gave compliments to them during an interview session at the award ceremony at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.
Speaking in an interview, Ja Rule said, “I love Tems, I love Burna Boy. For me, it feels good. When I listen to the music, it feels like home.”
In a separate interview, Bow Wow said: “Anytime the ladies move to the songs, they are lit. I love the vibe. For me, I love my afrobeats, when I’m like on the yacht and it’s like 7:30 pm, the sun sets. I just love it. I like Burna Boy’s new record.”
Burna Boy and Tems are two of Nigeria's best music acts who have gone ahead and spread good music taste to the world. Their contributions have earned them numerous awards, which include the Grammy Awards.
