Armed hoodlums have reportedly attacked the Egbe-Idimu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Secretariat in Alimosho Local Government of Lagos on Wednesday afternoon, looting offices and stores.
They also vandalised facilities including the local health centre.
Media aide to the Council Chairman, Comrade Olakunle Olajide, who spoke with AlimoshoToday, confirmed the unfortunate incident.
Security operatives at the Secretariat have been reportedly chased away by the armed hoodlums who vandalised buses and cars belonging to different civilian departments and also looted stores.
