What you need
A cup of fresh strawberries
Bananas (frozen and sliced into chunks)
1 teaspoon of honey to taste
1/2 cup orange juice, preferably fresh
Preparation
Place the strawberries, banana, honey, and orange juice into a blender.
Blend until it is the desired texture.
Pour the mix in a jug and put it in a refrigerator.
Pour into glasses after 15 minutes and serve.
