‘No cause for alarm’ – Dangote Refinery reacts to fire outbreak

‘No cause for alarm’ – Dangote Refinery reacts to fire outbreak 

MANAGEMENT of the Dangote Refinery has reacted to a “minor fire” incident that was recorded at the effluent treatment plant of the Dangote Refinery in Lagos on Wednesday.

Media reports state that the fire was immediately put out as firefighters and first responders swiftly rose to the occasion.df9e0da4-2ffe-4f82-a418-acbf92a4dd78

Meanwhile, in a statement, a spokesman for the company, Anthony Chiejina, said operations at the Refinery were not affected in any way.

“There is no cause for alarm as the refinery is operating and there is no recorded injury or body harm to all our staff on duty,” he said.5e841e9a-93bd-41b7-a7af-3685507d6427
