Juventus to terminate Paul Pogba's contract

SERIE A club, Juventus has decided to end things with France international and former Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba.

Recall that the player's ban for testing positive for testosterone was recently reduced to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration in Sport, CAS.

But despite the reduction, Juventus have made it known that they won't be entertaining the World Cup winner any longer as negotiation is ongoing between both parties to terminate the player’s contract.

Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, in a tweet on X on Monday wrote: “Negotiations between Paul Pogba and Juve board to terminate the contract are proceeding as expected.

“Pogba will not play for Juventus again and will become a free agent for 2025.”

The French midfielder is reportedly in advanced talks with Olympic Marseille for a surprise transfer move next year while MLS clubs are also on the lookout for the player.
