The visit coincided with Lagos State's preparations for the forthcoming 2025 Local Government elections.
Hon. Adebajo welcomed the officials and expressed the council's readiness to collaborate with LASIEC to ensure free, fair, and credible elections.
Justice Ighile discussed strategies for a credible election, including the Commission's readiness to implement amended guidelines and ensure the inclusion of people with disabilities in the electoral process.
