NIGERIAN artist, Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Balogun, has been recognised as Africa's highest-paid artist on Spotify.
According to Chart Masters, a platform that tracks music statistics, Wizkid earned $1 million in monthly earnings on the music streaming platform.
As expected, Nigerian artists comprise the top ten list of Africa's highest earners on Spotify, except for South Africa's Tyla.
