THE Board of Directors of Okun Alimosho, in due actualization of the year 2022 edition of the Alimosho Choral Awards, has released the list of nominated choirs and their Directors and the judges for this year’s edition of the Alimosho Carol Concert.
Information reaching Alimoshotoday, through the organisers of the Alimosho Carol Concert 2022, states that these choirs are the soul of the community; and the carol concert is expected to birth the Alimosho City Choir, which will comprise the children, teens, and adult choirs.

BACMAC Choir - Sir Kelechi Agu
Havilland - Michael Bakare
CCC Wonderland - Kenneth Eniayewu
The Redeemed Voices - Joseph Njoku
Street Choir - Joseph Ogbo
The expression - Sammy Johnson
CAC Power of God that Saves - Jayeoba Oluwaseyi
Honeyland Schools Orchestra band - Adeniyi Abiodun Bamidele
St Joseph Catholic Church -Joseph Chukwunonye Onuorah
Similarly, a seven-man committee has been set up to evaluate the outstanding Choirs in Alimosho.
The Chairman of the committee is Soetan Olalekan. Other members include Daniel Adegbenro, Imoleayo Balogun, Paul Austin, Oluwasare Hossanah, Opara Chukwuebuka of AfroVanguard, and BOJA of AfroVanguard.
These choirs will be judged via these categories; Best Contemporary Choir, Most Creative Choir, Most Artistic Choir, Best Choir of the Year, Most Influential Choir, and Best Dressed Choir.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Lagos Theatre, Igando by the NYSC bus stop on Saturday, December 17, 2022, during the year 2022 edition of the Alimosho Carol Concert with the theme ‘Alade Ogo’.
