ASEYORI 2025, in partnership with the Salvation Initiative for the Vulnerable and Indo Eye Care Foundation, is pleased to announce a free eye screening and cataract surgery programme for adults in the Alimosho Local Government Area.
The programme, scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 9:00 am, will provide free eye screening, blood pressure screening, sugar testing, and general eye examination. Eligible participants will also receive free eyeglasses and cataract surgery.
According to Hon. Abolade Abdul Rasheed Ademola, Supervisor for Health for Alimosho Local Government, "This initiative aims to provide essential healthcare services to vulnerable adults in our community. We are grateful for the partnership with Salvation Initiative for the Vulnerable and Indo Eye Care Foundation, which has made this programme possible."
Participants must be at least 50 years old to be eligible for the programme. The event will take place at 20 Alabata Street, Egbeda, Bakery Bus Stop, Alimosho, Lagos State.
